Planning ahead so its right
During a renovation or new build we build the plan for what devices will go where and what wires need to be in place for now and the future. We also use appropriate mounting brackets to ensure that speakers or internet access points line up with recessed lighting, this way the finished ceiling looks symmetrical and not like an afterthought.

Specific color wires for certain applications isn’t just for fun, it serves a more useful purpose in organization, consistency, simplifies troubleshooting and awareness of what wires to look out for and where they go. Velcro straps to keep the wires tight and wrapped keep things organized, service loops allow for movement, NO zip ties which are unforgiving and pinch and crimp wires.
